Dennis L. Thomas | CPA, J.D., L.L.M. Taxation

Dennis, Partner, joined Jones, Nale & Mattingly in  2009.  His educational acheivements include an accounting undergraduate degree and a law degree(JD) from the University of Louisville.  Dennis has also received a Master of Law degree in taxation from the University of Miami in Florida.

Dennis specializes in accounting, business valuation and tax matters impacting closely held businesses and business owners, including estate and income tax planning and compliance, rehabilitation of historic structures and other issues concerning real estate owners and developers, as well as merger and acquisitions of business entities.
